Mini Poll
Where do you do most of your scrapbooking/creating?

I have my very own room, solely dedicated to my craft(s)
I have a "space" in a common family area of my home
I am a "closet" scrapper.literally. All my scrapbooking stuff is crammed (or neatly stored) in the in a closet that I only open to scrap in.
I am a "scrapbooking lap dancer" - I have no dedicated space, I scrap wherever I can find a flat workspace
I don't scrap at home.ever.I only scrap at crops and/or with friends.

Oh how I LONG to have my very own scrap/craft room.  I share a bonus/room with my husband and the kids.  It's nice to have a "space".  But a woman/mother/scrapbooker can only take so much Dora the Explorer, That's So Raven and Scooby Do in the background!  I already know what colors I want my ROOM to be and how I want it set up.  So, feel free to send donations...hee hee.

I have NO idea how to post pictures on here...sorry, no photo of my work space.

I scrap all over the house (except the bed rooms)!  Any where I can find a flat top.  I want a new house sometimes just so I could have my own private scrapbooking room.  My beautifully decorated dining room is currently the main spot of action.  The bay window in this room gives out lots of natural sun light for scrapping and we only need to use this room when company comes over.

I will have to straighted it up a bit and take a picture.

Tajuana, I'm like you.  I scrap all over, but my dining room is my main set up.  I keep all of my supplies in a plastic bin with a cover, but I'm rapidly growing out of that and I most likely will set up a corner in my room.

These are pics of William, my niece, and my nephew scrapping in the dining room.  I've gotten so addicted that I scrap on the go.  For example, if William has a doctor's appointment-- I will pack up my tote and get my scrap on.

I've got the children addicted as well. LOL!!

How nice to see the kids enjoying scrapbooking too.  Adriann, are you pulling out a 12 x 12 sheet of paper in the Dr. offices?  That is too funny.  I would think I wouldn't have enoth room to work on my lo in the waiting room.  I do however, draw little thumbnails of lo sketches while driving, at the doctors, etc....

Did yall see Oprah last Monday?  She did a show on Spring Cleaning or something like that, and they showed the home of a black lady name Lisa.......she had scrapbooking supplies all over the house (plus clothes and a whole lot of other junk) and when they showed her dinning room table...it was covered with scrapbooking supplies.  I was so happy to see someone with a bigger mess than me.    I create a big mess, but I have to clean it up before I can start the next layout though (helps me think better).

Unfortunately I have to clean up after I scrap too.  I have this beg rubbermaid bin and some rubbermaid drawers that I keep everything in.  I have to lug it out to wherever I'm scrapping and then pack it all up and put it back.  It's a chore, but I love scrapping so much that it is worth it.

I'm at work when Oprah is on, so I don't get a chance to watch her.

My bedroom is large enough for me to make a dedicated workspace for scrapping.  I just need to take the time and do it.  I'm going to need lighting and a work table or something.  That will be a project this summer.

Ok, ok...I hope you're ready for this.  I just KNOW that once you all see what my scrap area looks like, you're all gonna want to have an intervention or some sort of benefit to raise funds to me...hee hee.

But before I "show off", please keep in mind that I share this HUGE room with my husband, a 12 year old (and his toys), a 5 year old (and her toys) and a 18 month old dog (and his share of the kids toys).  So I'm shuved in this little corner. (ya'll stop crying for me, it's not THAT bad!)

Here ya go!

Thank you!  Although my ribbon is no longer stored there.  I created a new contraption, from 2 extra panels of my Target crates, that holds my MM paints.  Hopefully, I've successfully attached a picture of Jayla holding it :-).
